Late last year some friends and I organised a little Craft-It-Round circle, to share some love and make checking the mailbox more fun. The rules were simple: All players placed the names of each of the others in a hat and drew two. These two names became the first recipients of a little handmade something. From that point on, each time you received a little parcel in the mail, you drew another name and sent another parcel out. We decided that small items were best so that it was manageable and to help keep the momentum up. Simple right?

We are starting round two now and collecting players - so I thought I'd issue an open invite to my dear readers. If this sounds like something you would enjoy and want to be part of, please leave me a comment or send me an email and we'll add your name to the hat - we can also clarify any of the instructions if I haven't been clear enough! If you are interested contact me and we can add you in next time :-)

yay! I'd love to play! But when does it end? Couldn't that just keep going on forever. Or do you stop when you've done all the names?

ends when the basket of names are empty,my bad last time i just put them all back in&kept craftn&sending opps. but at the end if you love&want to be in the next round your more than welcome to be a stayer.and can opt out at the end of any round (too busy ect)exciting stuffs!!!!

I've only done a couple of swaps through blogland and they are just great. As you say what can beat getting a little something handcrafted in your post box?
