In the kitchen

If you're wondering what she's eating, it's flour.  Straight.

I love what each new stage brings.  My little girl seems a lot bigger these days.

  4. It's funny what they eat, Ginny has totally gone off her food, but seems to enjoy finding old skungy stashed food from like a week ago, a real delicacy? Mental!

  7. One of my favorite things to do is to bake with my daughter. She too used to eat flour, straight, when younger, probably the same age as your daughter is now. I remember googling it at the time, thinking it was weird, and finding there is a whole sub-set of secret adult flour eaters! How bizarre.

Funnily enough my mum has an identical picture of me like the top pic at a similar age.

  11. The flour eating is charming, perhaps one day she will mature to just raw cookie dough or pastry. We had to move our flour as our little one used to unroll the bag and just run her fingers through the flour. It was strange to keep finding her with one arm in the pantry.

  12. Cute! My daughter wants to eat raw potatoes and pumpkin while I'm getting them ready for dinner - I think its a bit weird but hey, if it gets her to eat some veges - I don't mind - even if they're uncooked :-)
