It was intended for the bigger child, to encourage some independent play, but instead it encouraged sibling play... Even better!
I'm glad I took the time to throw a couple of sheets over the table. Totally worth it.

Deletethe only problem is when dinner time rolls around, my two never want to pack it up! We've had many a picnic dinner so they can play on in their cubby for the next day.
ReplyDeleteyeah we left it up - I just popped a tablecloth on top and we ate off that, haha!

ReplyDeleteYeh I keep forgetting about that idea of using the tables too. my kids usually get all the chairs and tip them up, plus anything else they want to add.. Great fun for them but SOOOO chaotic! Simplicity in using the table= winner!! Thanks for the reminder!
