Guest Post: Rosa-May Rutherford

Last week Stella and I had a wee photography session where we looked at a few of the aspects of photography that I will be sharing with you all over the next little while.  We managed to cover 'depth of field', 'time of day' and 'breaking the rules' all at once!!

Stay tuned for the first tutorial on 'depth of field', and please comment below if you have anything you would particularly like me to cover!

  2. Very much looking forward to this - thanks Rosa and Stella!!
Would be very cool if you could cover any tips (though I know it won't work so well) for those of us who don't have DSLR cameras. I'm (sadly) still using a little point and shoot...which would pretty much make playing with the depth of field impossible (or would it!??)
    Thank YOU!

    1. Hey Clare, this would be a GREAT topic to look at, but unfortunately my knowledge of non SLR digis is very minimal!!! What I would recommend is that you have a look through the camera menu for any kind of manual setting. There is a chance that you can recreate some of the functions of an SLR with your digi. If you can, play around with the aperture. Let me know how it goes! x
